The politics of privacy

All of the personal data, given by our customers during placing an order, is being used only to realize the order. We want to ensure our customers, that the “EWANA” Company on- line store does not sell or get the word out to the other persons the personal data or addresses of our customers (the only exceptions are Polish Post or other courier services). The data, which is given to them, is being used only to realize and send the order to the proper address.

All of the personal data of the ewana.com.pl on- line store customers, is being used and stored in the understanding of the “Personal data protection act from 29^th August 1997.” In agreement with this act, the customer agrees for storing and processing his personal data for the marketing and filing targets, only for the use of a seller. The customer has the right to see this data and to ask Us for giving up using this data.

The conditions of using the “EWANA” Newsletter

Each customer, who visits the ewana.com.pl on- line store, can subscribe for a Company Newsletter. In our newsletters we inform our customers about the new products, sales and contests in the ewana.com.pl on- line store. Each customer has the right for giving up receiving the newsletter.
