Conditions of returning our products

 

Each product, which does not fulfill the customer’s expectations, can be returned by him and costs of buying it will also be returned, but only if each one of the conditions from the list below, will be lived up:

-          The product was returned to us not later than 10 working days after a date, seen on a receipt

-          The returned product cannot have any traces of wearing it

-          It has to be packed into an original manufacturer’s box

-          It is necessary to add a receipt to the returned product

-          The products need to be wisely secured and well packed for not to be damaged during the transport

-          The products have to have all of the manufacturer’s price tags and tickets

 

If even one of these conditions is not being fulfilled, then the customer is paying for the transport of the returned products and is being asked to make a money transfer on our bank account to cover the costs of sending back the products.

Only the value of our products is able to be returned to a customer, not costs of the shipment. The money returns we can make only using a money transfer to a customer’s bank account number, which we can see on the form, filled earlier by a customer. It takes maximum to 5 working days from the day of receiving the shipment by us. The return of the products is paid by a customer then and we do not return the costs of delivery or/and transport. Also the product, which have been worn earlier, cannot be returned as a complaint.

If You want to send back our products- do not send the shipment by cash on delivery, because in that case we will not accept delivery.

 

The complaints

 

In the case of the complaint, we are asking for giving us a short note about the defects of the product and for giving us an address, which we should send back products on. The products, sent as a complaint/returned products have to be sent on the address:

In the case of finding the shipment damaged, the customer is obliged to inform about it the Post Office worker and to write with his help a special form about the damaged shipment. The “EWANA” Company is not responsible for damaged/crashed shipments because of the fault of Polish Post or  courier services. In the case of a complaint for the reason of a damaged shipment- only the complaints with an added form will be considered.

The conditions of a complaint:

-          Returned products does not have any traces of wearing them

-          The products need to be packed into an original manufacturer’s box

-          The products have to be well protected for not to be damaged during transporting them

-          It has to be a receipt, added to the shipment

-          The products have to have all of the tickets and price tags of a manufacturer
