The regulations of EWANA on- line store

 

The on- line store, which exists on ewana.com.pl address is the property of EWANA company, NIP number: 729-100-73-63 with the headquarters in Lodz, 33G Taternicza Street.

 

Main conditions

1.       We receive the orders, which were placed using website ewana.com.pl, via e-mail on   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it address or via telephone number (42) 637-30-64.

2.       Placing an order in on- line store ewana.com.pl is lawfully binding contract in the understanding of Civil Code.

3.       All of the prices on the on- line store’s website contain VAT duty. The price, placed nearby the item, is binding in the moment of placing an order by a customer.

4.       Placing an order means accepting the conditions, written in the ewana.com.pl on- line store’s regulations.

 

The realization of the orders

1.       An order is being accepted to the realization after receiving a confirming e-mail by a customer.

2.       If an order is being placed for the first time, an e-mail, confirming the registration, should contain login and password, which had been created during the registration process.

3.       A customer has right to modify his order up to the moment of its shipment. In the case of cancelling or modifying the order, which had been placed earlier, we ask for contacting us via e-mail address or telephone number.

4.       In the case of unavailability of a part or all of the ordered items, the customer is being informed about the situation, via e-mail or telephone number and asked for a decision if it is about realization the order:

-          a customer has got right to cancel his order

-          sending the order without missing items

-          choosing another item on the place of missing one

Any changes in the order are being made only after contacting with the customer.

5.       The ewana.com.pl on- line store reserves its right for adding new items, changing prices of items, which are available in the offer, making and cancelling promotional campaigns.

6.       Costs of delivery are being added to the price of the order after the customer had chosen the way of payment and shipment, in the process of placing the order.

7.       The order is being sent after collecting all of the products. Time of delivery for an economic package is 1-3 working days by Polish Post and for a priority package it should last about 1 working day (only Polish shipments).

8.       The orders are being received 24 hours a day, 365/366 days a year. The orders from Poland, placed to 4 p.m., are being realized as same day as they had been received by us. After 4 p.m. orders the shipment is being sent on the next working day. In the cases of placing an order on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays- preparation of the order is being realized on the next working day too.

9.       The “EWANA” Company is not being responsible for any delays in delivering the shipment if it is because of the work/the guilt of Polish Post.

10.   The “EWANA” Company does not return the money, using the post money transfer. In the case of returning the money, the customer is obliged to give us his bank account number, where the returned money will be sent.
